Fett, first of all.... (((((biiiiggg huggg & bumpinch)))) needless to say, I'm happy you're alive as well.
Second... Congrats to Mrs. Fett. Well Done!!! \o/
Third... ummm
Fourth... PROFIT!
From the "Never hurts to ask" department, I've made inquiries with my good friend who is an... actually I'm not sure exactly what his "title" is, I should ask him that. He's like an super-ultra-EMT that does emergency stuff most doctors couldn't do and he flies around in a helicopter to do them. Anyway, being in "the biz" he knows a lot about all this stuff and though his people, can sometimes bypass the hoop-jumping/red-tape etc. He just got me two of the asthma inhalers I've been using since I was 14 that have now been discontinued (apparently, someone just never picked them up from the pharmacy there - God bless his cotton socks). So I asked him about your Disopyramide... I'll let you know if he comes up w/something :)
Love ya!

Thanks Mara (and Tocky) - I hope it doesn't come to a big hassle like that in the future. We're kinda holding our breath and hoping Pfizer comes through with the increase in production, or Ethex gets the generic moving again. I'll certainly keep you guys updated. :)

Hi fett - I'm sorry you had such a bad time regarding your medicine, but your not alone. My grandmother has cardiac disease for which she has to take medicine everyday. They're so expensive here that a person with even ($$$$$$$$) salary could not afford it (literally) instead we have to them from abroad. Hope everything's well with you now.
Wishing a happy, healthy, long life:)

go about setting up a lab to make the stuff myself. Since you've got a nurse in the house, she could help with the dosages.
You could test it on the cat.
Glad you're alive, I would have been seriously disappointed with my fett-tracker if you weren't. *beep*
