And she does offer him a kind of marriage at the end in which they can rule the universe together. Maybe all the 'I'm an insane AI trying to take over the universe' thing was just a way of becoming closer to goggles and all that "thanks for being my pawn, puppet" stuff at the end was just her playing hard to get.
