The Magic Bandmaster succumbed to complications related to MS yesterday. He was one of a mere handful of musicians who originally got me into Interesting Music, thus saving me from the overproduced crap that the record industry tends to pump out.

In all honesty I did not find Trout Mask Replica an enjoyable listen, but I'm glad it was made anyway. RIP Captain
