You need to register before you can edit.

Even after I registered and am listed among the Makers, it still gives me that "read only" message. I think this is wrong and I hereby ask NV to allow me edit permission. If you prefer you can just link/mirror my voice acting tutorial to the Resources/Sound section:

It's telliamed's page, not mine - but as far as I can tell, all registered users should be allowed to create or modify articles.
I did get a "cannot edit this page because it is currently being edited by someone else and is locked" message yesterday, though, when telliamed was cleaning up one of my articles. Maybe you mean that message?

When I go to a non-existing page I don't see any 'Create this page' button.
What do I have to do to get it?
edit: Just to show I'm looking in the right place, these are the buttons I do have available:

I figured out what was wrong with it.
New users were being put into a group called 'user', which was supposed to have permission to create and modify pages, but it turns out that telliamed accidentally named the group 'users' when he created the permission. It should be fixed now.

It works now, so let's see some tutorial links!

I'm working on a plot synopsis for T2. I have rough text up to LOTP at the moment. In a week or so I should have each mission summarized and ready to submit.:D I plan to do Thief Gold as well when I can get around to it.

Mind if I make a suggestion?
I don't know if your organization as it stands encourages this, but what about a section where people may post opinion columns or monologues about Thief mission design concepts or principals, which doesn't necessarily have anything to do with dromed, but are rather broad arcing design philosophies concerning different mission types or how to provide situations for all of the various play styles. A place where people can draft articles on how to do a particular tradition very well, or articles on various innovations the author is trying to develop.
I noticed that there is a section for this kind of thing, but I feel that it should be more of a top level category rather than a sub category, as it's an opinion topic, not a technical/practical topic. I also think it's just as important as the technical topics.

various innovations
I've recently been getting the impression that using objects to allow scences of greater complexity is a good approach. One thing I like to do is make pointy roofs out of objects. I could write a page about that... and how to texture themm so that they look like terrain.
