Ooo, I'd heard rumours they were going to make gearing up at end-game easier, and it looks like they're doing so with the (https://www.vg247.com/2018/04/12/the-division-patch-1-8-1-xbox-one-x-update-new-global-events/) new patch.

Definitely worth a look I reckon :)
