At any rate what kind of coders do you need anyway ? I know C/C++, windows GUI/MFC. I write utilitys and do some mud coding occasionally. I currently develop with visual studio 2005 pro.
If you are interested PM me although im not sure how much time I can put in at this time of year as im very busy.
TDM can definitely use all the coding help we can get, and those are definitely good qualifications to have. I think the majority of us are using VCC 2005 of some sort to compile right now, so that's even better. There are plenty of things that could be done even if you don't have much time, although admittedly the Doom3 SDK learning curve is a bit steep due to lack of documentation.
New Horizon coordinates with volunteers so he'll probably PM you.

Yes New Horizon has already contacted me. As I told him I have no game programming experience though so im not sure how much help I can be but we will see.

It would be nice to be that far along, but then we're only a little over two years into production...so a public demo isn't really realistic. I've noticed that professional game studios are even having a tough time getting demos out these days. So, when you take into consideration that most of us, if not all, have full time jobs outside the mod...then our progress thus far is actually quite amazing.
