But of course! :) We wouldn't have it any other way. The tools will allow thief style missions. Of course, the content available will not be a carbon copy for legal reasons, but fans can also add their own content.

There ain't a storyline yet. But there might be...soon.
We're making the tools and system more usable first, but we are always hashing out ideas and stuff.
