Because as nbohr1more stated above, most regular missions that are in the pipeline require 1.08, which isn't out yet.
You are no master, you are just a rude troll, a behaviour you try to disguise as "critical thinking". But that has been debated enough on the TDM forums, you know, the place where you have been bansihed from.
