And in the first 3 years the FMs are often worse than anything that the TDM builders have released so far.

Thats why I said "often".
But they also did not just pop out from nowhere. Those FMs got released 3 years after the release of Dromed1 & 2 after Dromed2. Purah already had 3 years of dromeding under his belt when he released Calendra's legacy, not to mention that he was one of the the best FM-makers of all time. Same goes for Saturnine. Unlike TDM, they had a fulll game to build upon.
And don't forget that some of the TDM mappers are also working on improving TDM, which leaves less time for mapping, scripting & writing.

I don't see why you picked those shots to complain about.
The outside of KM looks pretty good. Sure the one in the basement might be a little bland, but it's not horrible, and visually certainly looks as good as just about anything you'd find in T2. Just no way around it, round arched patches look better than T2 cylinders, the torch is more interesting, the textures have bumps lit by the light...
At least complain about a screenshot that is more than a hall, and arch, a torch and a barrel. I mean really how interesting can that scene get... Don't tell me the same exact scene in T2 is gonna look better. The same maybe, not quite as good (due to blockier look), but better?
-------
You really seem to be nitpicky based on personal bias.
Maybe Chaos was huge with many puzzles, does that mean every mission has to be that or it's just no good?
TiC screen looks great for T2, but better than the KM shot? Maybe you prefer the taller building? The tighter area? The color sceme?
They both look pretty good to me, but also VERY different. If Transition was built in TDM the detail level that could be achieved would blow the T2 version out of the water.
That doesn't make TDM better, but if you're going to compare compare apple to apples.

Dromed was released in May of 1999. Calendras legacy was released nearly 3 years later and 7th crystal around 2 1/2 years after.
Dark Mod will be two years old in October and the missions continue to improve.
Given time, and practice, mappers will produce some stunning work. Be patient, kind, and you will be rewarded.

darkmod should looking good, nothing scripted in TDM didn't impressed me yet.so i decide my own mission be scripted as hell
Sotha has admitted before that he's not particularly interested in making things pretty. His focus is on gameplay, and he does a damn fine job there, which is why his missions are so highly recommended by just about everyone. Knighton's Manor and Glenham Tower are two of my favourite TDM missions to date.

if mission looks boring,i will not play it
My irony meter is full to bursting. Virtually every screenshot from KM would be better looking than the mission you released. Do they have a saying about throwing stones in glass houses where you're from?

This actually makes sense now - judging by the awful state of the FM you released for the seasons contest, not only did you not have it beta tested it but you didn't play it either!

I'm deeply curious how the re-lighting AI fix is going to work out in practice. Will it affect all AI (or presumably more likely just those with torches?) or just those AI the FM author sets up? And then, only if the extinguished light source is on their patrol?
The majority of AI can relight lights. By default they have a high chance to notice lights out, a high chance of relighting switch lights and a low chance of relighting flames (has to be somewhere they can reach). Mappers can adjust these as desired.
AI can notice and comment on any light that is extinguished, but only lights that a mapper sets as "should be on" will be relit. Mappers also determine whether the light should be treated as suspicious if found extinguished. Most maps haven't used this feature yet, so AI will only comment on lights in currently existing maps.
