(I mean, personally, I don't think there's a single game out there I could mention, where the 3D humanoids are actually appealing, visually. Half-life 2 only came so close. I'm not even trying to single out the TDM team on this. Just saying...)

Why does everyone want video game girls to be 'hot'. This is midieval times, everyone is homely and dirty.
As far as kids go, ugly people get horny too, where do you think ugly kids come from?
Really kid's is just a resource thing, AI take time to model/rig/animate. Adding kids is a large undertaking. And in most cases there's not much need for them anyway, so they are probably far down on the list if on the list at all.

True, but I've had updating at least the title of this thread at the back of my mind for a while. Just updated the OP to reflect current reality in case anyone stumbles upon it for the first time. Although I can change the in-thread title, I think I need an admin to change the actual forum-list title of the whole thread.
I think it should probably be "The Dark Mod Megathread" unless there are any objections?

The caves in the 2nd mission of
No Honor Among Thieves (Night out on the Town) have a little of that look. I really like the way patches let you make natural landscape like caves and mountainsides in TDM.
