@jtr7 & Gambit. Just had a look and the headbob can be disabled. I don't think it will be a menu option because it is part of the Dark Mod style but you can cure your seasickness by including in your doomconfig.cfg:
seta pm_bobroll "0"
seta pm_bobpitch "0"
seta pm_bobup "0"
Smooth sailing!

Nice update indeed. Dare I say, the lock picking is loads of fun! Its more immersive than T2's lock picking for sure, and I liked it better than T3. It won't take people long to get the hang of it. It actually feels and looks like you are picking a lock. Thats all I can say. These guys again are so dedicated to this, their work is awesome. :)

Is there any video on how lockpicking works?

Not right now, no. Maybe later, that is up to the guys. I love the new animation, very realistic!

Sweet, thanks for update TDM team! Cool demonstration... (something missed in the old thief games, methinks. Though sleeping & waking AI may have been too hard in thief's time. Still, it would have been neat, if only in a certain difficulty mode or something to make the game more challenging. Actually, come to think of it, I believe there was a long discussion on whether waking AI would be right for thief...)

Sleeping AI do wake up in Thief, they just don't go back to sleep.

And they teleport to standing up on the bed (at least in TDS).
I didn't have that volume up when I shot that movie...I didn't even notice that he is yawning and making 'sleepy' noises as he gets ready to lie down again! That was completely unplanned. :laff:
