also, you should maybe consider an additional title, something like the Dark Mod: a thief's tale (but less lame) - as mentioned here and there, Dark Mod is sort of confusing and undescriptive for non-involved people.

Apart from potential legal issues, i'm not a big fan of such additional titles. It was always called The Dark Mod, why not keep it that way? If people are too lazy to read 2 sentences of description, or watch the movie, it's their loss.
