Where'd you hear he took 27?

Searching for "heath ledger 27" just brings up a load of articles with his age at tod as 27.
Where'd you hear that Gray?
N'Al on 26/1/2008 at 11:26
He may have just used 27 as a substitute for "more than 1".

"27" is a number entirely invented by me. There are no mentions of him taking that many pills. I initially wrote "seven", a number I also invented, but then changed it for comical effect. I have no idea how many pills he took, from zero to nine million.
My point was, you don't accidently overdose sleeping pills. Even if it was 7 pills, it's 7 times the prescribed amount, which is outright insane. A sane amount would, if they don't appear to work, 1.5 pills, or maybe even 2. Anything else is inviting disaster. Unless you're on drugs, in which case you don't know what the hell you're doing and you can't count anyway.
Note that I did not say he took seven pills, or were on drugs.

I knew it was arbitrary! :cheeky:
I was wondering if an allergic reaction may have done it--provided he wasn't abusing--then some non-news person posted on another forum that it was an allergic reaction to his new prescription. I haven't heard that from a news source. Anybody else hear that?
So, the latest is that it was a heart attack, not caused by too many chemicals nor a volitile mix.

So the day of Heath Ledger's death, I decided to check in on the Dreams (the Terry Gilliam fanzine) website....
Hey, Terry's making a new film! :thumb: Finally!! Wait...what...who was the star....
Damn it! :tsktsk:
Not to diminish Heath Ledger's demise, but I swear, Terry Gilliam must be the most cursed S.O.B. around. I love his films--when he actually gets to make one.
