My favorite form of transportation:
Bull Frog Ring
* Jump 100 pts 3 seconds
* Feather 100 pts 6 seconds
I can jump from Caldera to just beyond Balmora. One time when I downed a bunch of Feather potions, I almost made it from Caldera to Vivec in a single jump. Just make sure you can cast levitate right before you land or it will hurt.

And I wear regeneration shirts and pants and belts
and so does rings and amulet
All for the (+2, +2, +1-2, +4-5, +4-5, +4-5) 19 health points

You will not easily get killed cause it heals you eternally, and
if you care about drink potion, you can survive even from the worst situation.
Just get your infinite health.. it will cover you anything from harm..
