Oh, my God. This is an absolute great mission! I didn' t play T3-missions for a while (there aren' t too much of them by the way) since I always had some problems so I came tio this mission just today.
I'm not finished yet, but I would like to thank the creator of this masterpiece.
Playing this I must say that I would play more T3 missions of this quality!!!:D

Just a small update to let you all know that the Bridge has been updated to 1.5, and it now contains a German translation (thanks to Beleg Cuthalian) and is now using the ibt compressor. This makes the download considerably smaller but also means that you must use GarretLoader 1.41 or higher. Thanks to Shadowspawn and porterr for all their hard work on the making the compression work!

Hi. Sorry im bringing this thread up again but Im having problems loading the map :(
Been playing other fan maps and it worked great but when I push New Game in the menu the game crashes :(
Is there any fix for this?
Im running GL 1.41 and havnt innstalled anything else except the game and patch.
EDIT: ok guess the ingame video is the problem. Tried to remove the video files from the .zip and now I get to the briefing part but I've read that those movies are importaint to watch... Any suggestions to fix?
EDIT2: well even when removing those files I do not get to the briefing menu. wtf?

I had the same problem for a long time. I had to wait until I got home a few months after it came out before I could play it on my desktop, but then it suddenly started working on my laptop while I was home! The only thing that was different was that I wasn't on a network there. I don't know if it helps or why, but try disabling any network you might be on and try again.

Well I tried it again and now it seemed to work, had to use the file where I removed the video files.

Running into a problem with your fan mission the bridge. It seems I can not get the key and toy and letter to appear in my items list. I have gotton the daughter back to the key maker and picked up the key on the desk but does not show it in inventory. Picked up the toy and letter in the guard house but does not appear in the inventory also. I am at the point of opening the big gate to the bridge, but even hitting the inventory button it wont come up. The door highlights but nothing. It doesn’t seem like the key and toy and letter show in the items. I have read through the hints and spoiler messages in the forums, and see others have had this problem but cant seem to find a solution to continue the game. I have the latest garretloader 1.41, the latest bridge version 1.5. Running english version as well
any help would be appreciated

Playing on cutpurse level. Completed all objectives except for find the statue, I have the shop keys and I opened the doors and it asked me if I want to enter the shop. I said yes and then there is another door that won't open with the shop keys and can not be picked open. How do you get in?

I am a long time Thief fan, but got ADSL just recently that allowed me to enjoy FMs as well. I cannot fault The Bridge in any aspect of the game.
Loved the space and the puzzles, enjoyed searching for and discovering the loot. It was fun scratching my head on how to open the doors and where can I look to get that last few peaces of loot.
I see its been a while anyone posted here, so I hope this will reach the author.
Str8g8, thanks for this gr8 experience! I hope you will choose to design games professionally and that you will treat us with more of your T3 FMs as well.
