and now you can get bow upgrade in the altrus extension in the new bonehord fan mission
and as yandros posted above the basketball court above,i personaly found 2 ways to access that,once before training and once after ,use jump speed to get it first
and that blanket in pic is a readable for those who did not know
i would rather hear a story on where the fire elementals come from,maybe a mage?

TG training mission, on Expert in the sparring area, head to the area where the guard came from, taking the key on the table with you (you'll need it). There's a door back there that leads into the basketball court
