so i am having the same problem. any way to fix it other than just skipping the level?
We haven't been able to diagnose this bug yet, we don't have enough information about the installs it happens on.
If you could give some details about your OS, what version of Thief/NewDark, what FM loader you're using etc. that would be helpful.

Hi,
Great campaign, best one I've played so far. Unfortunately I am also softlocked due to the harp remaining unstrung.
I cannot interact with the statue directly, instead it seems the game highlights individual straight sections of the silk strings, it appears that right clicking only does anything with this particular string section (https://imgur.com/a/dDjt1Qv)
When I select that particular section and interact with it, the objective is completed and the sound for that plays. The stairway also opens, but the harp remains (unstrung), none of the silk strings disappear and I cannot use it at the chasm stand thing. What is also strange is that, while I was messing around with said stand, I shot a broadhead arrow in its direction (I was trying to hit the gong on the other side) and a strange sound played as if I had just interacted with the stand. This only played once, any further attempt to trigger this behaviour was fruitless. Regardless nothing actually happens and I remain softlocked. My OS is Windows 10 Pro Build 19045
Newdark is 1.27
FM Loader is AngelLoader 1.7.9. (latest) although I was getting this bug with 1.7.6. too (I uninstalled the FM and reinstalled it with both versions and restarted the level too)
There is nothing unusual about my hardware that could be causing this as far as I know, I've played close many, many FMs with no issues. Maybe it's my monitor being at 75Hz??
Hope this helps.

The elemental key is also screwed, only ever shows the first part I got and it doesn't work despite collecting all pieces.

This mission just about broke me. I found just above the minimum loot objective and then I decided to scoot. I might go back later to explore a bit more but some of those AI are insanely good and terrifying. There was one spot deep in the mission that struck some fear in me and had me looking up a lot. If you've played Half-Life you know what I'm talking about. The map itself was not as difficult to navigate as it appears but the AI makes it a terrifying adventure.

Hope this can help with debugging but, after bypassing the aforementioned interaction issues in this mission, I am suffering from similar issues in the next mission. The conversation with the stone mage does not trigger, I right click him, the highlight goes away and does not reappear, his eyes open but that's it, I am stuck. Also I think all lockpickable doors are broken as well? Or maybe the about 10 or so locked doors I ran across on the way need a key I didn't find.

Great stuff. So many things to explore and discover. This mission is properly huge. Would've liked more common type of enemies too, craymen maybe.. in addition to the interesting new types. And somehow I was always waiting for elementals in this one! Like I said, loved the huge size and also the more-or-less linear gameplay. Great atmosphere right from the beginning, very eerie and tense. Good ending surprise too! Can't imagine how long it took to build this mission..

The first time through I got all of the objectives but was just short of the loot goal. After some retracing of steps I still didn't have it, so I forced mission end to go on to the next one.
I restarted this mission later with an eye for loot. I bumped it the total up to a little over 2000, but that's it.
Where in tarnation is all of that other loot?
I would love a loot list, if only to exclaim, "I didn't look there! What?"
Unlike some people here, I am glad the enemies were relatively easy to kill. Just exploring this place was satisfying to me (and I clearly failed at that since I missed so much loot). The elevel design is a puzzle to solve in itself.
I didn't need any help getting through this mission (other than loot), and that has been true of all of the missions thus far. Though some extensive backtracking is often needed, the levels are solvable with normal level Thief sense.
