It is incredably simple to make an equisite belt with 100 points open lock. Though it is more fun if you just use the scrolls, spell or security.

Good point. Btw, how much does that cost to get enchanted? (I'm thinking it may be outside the amount one can easily accumulate in 20 minutes of gameplay)

27 or 28 is you Engrish speaking skills, and they're not decent. Also, how big of an area of effect did you set your spell at?
And I can accumulate enough wealth for an exquisite belt and the enchantment to enchant it with 100% open lock picks in 20 minutes! But I was talking about making a custom spell at the mages' guild.
Keep in mind I never said 20 minutes after I made my character, but I suppose I 'could' do it, it'd just be hard, but hey, I can do anything because I'm Tuco.

I dont have the pc version of the game i bought it for xbox so if you know anything about that you know thanks so you wouldnt havent to have any info on making a spell for it

Lol! I can get a spell or a scroll unlocking 100 in 1 min of playing Morrowind then :). That is starting from whatever point in the game I choose.
