Since when is security an important skill? It takes me some 20 minutes of playing morrowind to get a spell that unlocks any lock in the game.

(btw Orcs kickass and my new character is an Orc, no magic? How about magic resistance of 100% :cheeky: - and the astronach sign, I'd throw in reflect too but I don't want to be too Godlike)

also, you have to be Tuco to get it.

I've tried using the custom spell and even with a decent alteration skill of about 27 or 28 with 0-100 magnitude and a full area touch it wouldnt open chest and doors so what am i doing wrong do any of the mages guilds sell a spell like that if so tell me please?

Hmm.. did you make this spell in-game or via the editor (ie: Construction Set)? If you make it via the editor, you can set the cost to 0, which vastly improves your odds of successfully casting it.
Of course, that's cheating, but cheating doesn't worry me much.

i used the spellmaking thing that the mages offer. by construction kit you mean the lil bowls and stuff hell i cant remember what they're called if feel dumb but you know the retort and the bowls and spoons and all that right i havent exactly mastered the magic arts yet but im working on it but i do have the theiving and assassanation stuff down.

Nope, by "Construction Set" I mean the editor that comes packaged along with the game for the PC. It's a separate program from the game. (Btw, what you're thinking of is Alchemy)
