I own it; I played it a while ago. This play of the original game was a replay on the Genesis version, in 3-player co-op no less! :D

Nice :D. That must have been awesome.

Yes, if a little frustrating at times. We were playing on original hardware, so no savestates available. Several later levels took MANY tries.
It was super convenient for early levels where we all coordinate together. A bit less so for later levels where we have to split up anyways. The game also does this thing where your controls are locked out if you are off screen. The springboards in the factory level caused a bit of issue with this sometimes. You also need to use the A+B+C button combination to switch who scrolls the screen. This can sometimes lead to accidental actions when switching. A bit disappointing, considering the normal switch character buttons (X and Z on Genesis) do nothing in three-player mode.

What I loved- Great story
- The 2 main plot twists
- Tight and varied gameplay options
- Level design
- Audio
Minor issues- Art Deco again? C'mon Arkane, it's starting to look a bit derivative now.
- Most of the aliens looked the same
- Inconsistent interface functionality: sometimes F, sometimes left-click instead.

I know some people here (probably Evaunit) will watch this and groan. But me? It made me laugh. It is funny, and it is good.

So, I'm about to wrap up my thesis, which has absorbed most of my attention (and life) for the last year, and now I'll have time to catch up with all the games I missed out on. On that note, if you were allowed to keep only three games from 2017 and would lose everything else, what games would you pick?

As in "having already played these games, which do you wanna be able to play again"?
As much as I loved Prey, Lone Echo, and Shadow Tactics I'm fine with letting them go, as I feel I've pretty much gotten all I can out of them. Rain World I'd definitely keep, as I kinda feel like I've only scratched the surface of it yet. Mario+Rabbids I still wanna finish, so that one. Aaaaand... oh boy, Mario Odyssey or Zelda? Both have more to give, but if I gotta pick one, it's Zelda.

Dead Cells is a definite pick for me. Not sure about which of the rest I want over the others because I liked all of the ones I listed in this thread.

Dammit, I spilled my coffee while laughing. And I liked GH :)

3 games from 2017 would be PUBG, Golf Story and BotW.
