Well it goes without a doubt that most of us here would agree that Garret is by far the best thief and probably sneakiest person around. Capable of stealing your keyboard while you're playing him without you even noticing it. But I was wondering who could anyone actually catch the world's greatest thief?
I'm not to certain myself but I believe there is only one person that might come close to doing so. Inspector Gadget. The reason is not his sheer lack of skill, as someone once said, "The world's greatest swordsmen doesn't fear the world's second greatest swordmen, but the worst. For he would not know what to expect." But I think the only reason why Gadget could stand a chance is his incredible ammount of luck.
Now I think this might prove to be a worthy discussion and would like to hear your expert views on this.
So can Garret's skill lose to Gadget's luck?
Post this in the general thread as it would probably be interesting to many, but I don't mind moving it to the Thief general discussion.

Colour me disappointed.

I often have more luck than skill in bed.

But isn't it luck that really matters, my dear?

Not when I have my lucky skill beer. It gives me a +10 to not realize the chick I'm talking to is fat and a 50% chance of scaring her away with puke.

It's me. I'm the master thief.
