Healing your mind with medkits is just silly really, unless they're magic medkits from the future but the whole psi emmitter thing was supposed to be experimental, so it seems unlikely that they would have developed medkits that could cure it.
I had no expectation of any success,as I said,I just wanted to have a look before I jumped through the proper hoops.I knew I had skipped a chapter and was having fun anyway.:)

That one opens a door inside the brain-scorcher complex itself. The door outside it next to the sniper and the road leading up to the scorcher is another number starts with 12... something. I've found reference to it in various walkthroughs but never found the PDA that contains it on my first play through. I did find your code on the Monolith reinforcements that try to retake the scorcher area from the military.

I know that the code to the door on the sniper balcony in the red forest is one of these three:

The last one is the one you get from the PDA from one of the monolith troops and I'm fairly sure that it opens both the door on the sniper balcony and the door in the brain scorcher bunker. The door on the balcony doesn't hold very much though, I think it's just three medkits.
