Kill her on the plane - saving Lebedev and gaining 200 exp. Killing her in the subway station or in UNATCO Hq yields no exp.

I don't remember that part very well (runs horribly on my computer; Frame Rate gets choppy after a load), but isnt' saving Lebedev optional, based on whether you agree with him or not?

Of course saving Lebedev is optional. So is exploring most of the map in many of the missions. But, if you want to get the maximum experience points ...

I don't know what the maximum is. Everytime I play I find a way to gain a little more - and I've always tried to explore every area thoroughly. There may be bugs with some location bonuses - visiting the Free Clinic/Underworld Tavern, I've failed to get the bonus on one occassion but last time through I got it twice. Of course, exploiting such a bug would be cheating.
WRT Anna and Lebedev - I think the exp may not be for killing Anna per se. Perhaps it's for getting the whole story out of Lebedev - now if there were a way to do that without killing Anna ...

No I have tried that before, and what happens is that the conversation goes no further, because the Lebedev is "waiting" for Anna to get in and say her peice.

I know, that is impossible. It is a trade off. Either you have the courage to kill Navarre and be rewarded with the truth by Lebedev, or you abide by UNATCO orders and keep your curiousity in check. You cannot get both.
