I've found two brushes with this name. One was on Heironymus Lex in Anvil, the other on Velwyn Benirus. I don't think this is from one of the mods I'm using. Does anyone know if this is just a gag item or not?

I used the Construction Set to check Oblivion and all of the official expansions, and there is no "All Seeing Paintbrush" or "The All Seeing Paintbrush" in any of them, nor are any brush-like items assigned to those two characters. Probably comes from a mod.

Hmm. The mods I have running are ArrowVelocity, attack and hide easier, Cliff Better Letters, Deadlier sneaking, Complete Heavy Dreadweave, Illumination within, Natural weather and water fixes, force push, rens guard overhaul, saurion red lights (what?!), shadowlord armor, soul edge, witchking helm, thats so nico and weapons of the nine.
I don't think any of those mods have anything to do with a paintbrush. Maybe Cliffs letters, since its a funny mod, but I doubt it.

I have found this paintbrush too. I am also using Rens Guard Overhaul, but cannot believe it is that. So I will continue to check and if I find out I will re-post here.
