It was something of a retorical question, I dont actually care how many stoned/drunk people you've ridden with, its not a contest. I was more drawing attention to the utterly retarded idea that pot was even really an issue at all in terms of auto accidents.
So where do we draw the line? Well for one people do shit that isnt any form of drug that causes horrible accidents all the time, people wreck all day without the help of weed. Statistically weed is a non-issue in terms of auto accidents. Also, I dont believe that usage would go up THAT much, as so many people use it already and most of them will get it no matter how illegal it is.

DRUGS are only illegal because the governments dnt make any tax money over it... If the government had complete control over these, it would be legalized( I mean marijuana, not anything else) and u could buy it in a pharmacy AND then the government would make taxe money over u. Alcohol Is by FAR , and I mean FAAR way more destructive than marijuana, but its legal? They make money over it so they dnt care if pepole drink, thay make money with you. The same goes with cigarettes. In Canada, its far more illegal to harvest tobacco than harvesting weed, for the same reason as above. ITs even legal to have one PLANT OF MARIJUANA AT HOME.

But why draw the line at marijuana? Ecstacy (when not cut with god knows what) makes people happy and friendly whilst probably frying their brains. God knows alcohol's a lot worse than that, too. So why not legalise E, control the trade in it - thereby making sure none of it's made out of rat poison - properly advise people on risks and how not to die on it and thereby raise money and cut fatalities?
