taffernicus, Titus was doing what we did as kids, we called it tippy topping, that bending one tree to reach another. People think we are far from subsisting on our own labor and society would fall apart and we would go crazy killing each other if it all collapsed and maybe that would be true for some but mostly what would happen is this. I'm only a generation away from it. Much of it I've experienced.
Interesting that even without electricity the Republican persecution complex permeates to even this level. I suppose that those who have historically persecuted the most fear it coming home to them.
Not really surprising he hasn't found a woman willing to share the hardship and simplicity of living off the land though.

Sorry I stand corrected, i was about Somerton'd out after the 4 hour video. In any case, dunking on Somerton is like a mini industry now, it's almost like a genre.
EDIT: I'm into the fact-checking video now. One glaring one was Somerton claiming that the movie Cleopatra was a huge flop with audiences who were "tired of spectacle" so the studio almost went broke, but were only saved by Rocky Horror Picture Show.
None of that is remotely true. First there's 12 years between those two films, so it doesn't even make sense, and Cleopatra was in fact (

So the guy simply fails to understand pretty much anything about film history and says completely random shit any time he goes off script from things he stole, but people think he's a deep thinker because of the turtleneck and glasses. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find he doesn't even wear glasses.

I have seen the following method used to demonstrate the action of vibrations in flat plates. The sand settles in the nodes where the plate is not vibrating. It is also used to map the qualities of the top and back plates of bowed instruments. But here it is just visual fun.

A couple weeks later, and James Somerton has been obliterated from the face of Youtube. Sadly, he had already pocketed tens of thousands of dollars.
Do you know if anything has happened with the other channels Hbomberguy targeted, Cipheron? I wasn't willing to head into the whirlwind of response videos, but maybe you were.
