In blackmail mission in T2, you may have heard this line:
"I'm willing to bet a month's pay... the entire force is dry-eyed over this. No big secret that the sheriff was dirty. I figure Lt. Mosley will assume control of the City Watch, an' clean up the mess. As for me...I ain't gonna do a thing, except go back to my desk, fill out a report 'n' have a mug of coffee"
Dont forget the classic line " too much coffee this morning, i'm twitchy as hell"
But i dont see any coffee preparation equipment at all :D, like portafilter, electric or manual coffe grinder(manual is best i think and the grinder must be steampunk-style), drip kettle, etc in the kitchen. Lack of cafe establisment in the game strucks more confusion
same thing for NPC houses, no coffee brewing equipment such as v60 dripper, aeropress, mokapot, etc
If we shove coffee into the game, does it make sense?
From the Hammerite faction's perspective, wouldn't there be opposition to this? I was inspired by the story of Pope Clement VIII's coffee ban.
Considering that coffee only started to become popular in the 1600s-1700s. And according to history, coffee originated in the Middle East , Ethiopia and started spreading throughout the world. The "Mocaccino" history is compelling. If we look at this timeline, coffee used to be accessible only to certain people
I'm just curious about what brewing tools would make sens for this game timeline. There are some antique grinders from the 17th/18th century and antique brass coffee pots, and there are also unique ones like the cezve, which is commonly used for Turkish coffee (I've tried this and it's delicious)

Which guard in blackmail is saying the first phrase? Im not sure ive heard it before and as far as I know, all guards have the same standard things they say. There's another standard saying about coffee from the guards (not sure if I phrase it right, cause I only play in german language):
"I can't believe that stupid coffee mashine isnt working. Everywhere this fancy stuff and I can't even drink some coffee" :D

That brewer in the second pic is a custom object.
There is another line from one of the guards similar to " I shouldn't have had that second cup of coffee."

There is no vanilla coffee jar, so that first pic is also edited. Don't believe everything you see.
