TG Modding Help: Disable Map Highlights, and Changing Mission Order - by Kapten Teo

Hi Taffers!
I'm replaying Thief Gold with TFix installed. I have two modding related questions:
1. Is there any way to disable to map highlight effect?
2. Is there any way to change the order in which the missions are played, so that I may swap, say, Undercover and Song of the Caverns around? (I tried altering the USER.CFG, just guessing wildly that maybe that would have some effect, but it doesn't seem like it.)
