karstenpontoppi:
Hint: Take a look at Monsegur's Notes.
Spoiler: His lieutenant is a Pagan. Try searching his house.
T-Linkz:
Take a closer look in the Apothecary's shop, there's a second holy water vial hidden somewhere.

I have the Keeper Shrine key, been looking around near the west end of Weiling street, but I can't find the shrine itself.
Also, how to get into the diamond cutter's place? Can't pick the lock, don't have key for it, and can't find a rope spot upwards.

Check the
canal at Westside for an entry to the
waterworks/power area.
There, you will find a
non-frobable gate with some statues behind.
Hint: You won't need the Keeper Shrine Key there.
That comes later and should be pretty obvious then.
Something else nearby will open it.Quote Posted by ticky

There are 2 ways in.
When standing on street level in front of the building, watch out for potential routes high above
and make a good guess where they would take you - and which one is the easier one. :ebil:
Hint for the hard route:
you can walk on heavy chainsHint for the easy route:
there is a frobable window in another building
