Any idea how to get into that crypt area closed off by an iron portcullis, the one mentioned in the sewer area by a guard who writes "there's probably something valuable in there, I even tried to lift the gate with machinery but it didn't work"? How do I open that gate, or do I have to find a back route?

Sly: Check the weapons shop a bit more.It's the shop in the passage where you can find some tools and 2 rope arrows.
If you still can't find it:Look for a switch in the back area/storage
Jarl: Look for a switch near the statue close to the gate

I was mortified by the monstrosity of the Keeper shrine. However he fell a bit too easily to my blackjack! :laff:
Expert playthrough completed. I fell short 900 loot. Great mission.

Just finished this masterpiece Thank you SO MUCH Skacky !!!
I had a GREAT TIME exploring and I really like missions that give you multiple ways to progress from nearly every building and tunnel. I will be playing this one again soon, because I know I missed some places.
