fortuni's walkthrough for "Gems of Provenance" lists only two keys for the mission. The armoury key can be found on a static guard in the basement, or on a guard in the barracks by the dining room. The guard's room key is on the floor in a small room north of the games room, and a second copy of this key lies on a table in "main room private quarters" (whatever exactly this means). My own notes for these missions don't reveal more on these keys, so try fortuni's hints cited here.
