Hi, I'm trying to install Thief on my new PC, and from what I've read I insert Thief CD and then run TFix? And TFix is supposed to install Thief?
When I run TFix and I point it to the c/games folder and it says there isn't a Thief.exe , so I'm guessing I have to install Thief using the -lgntforce solution?

This is all covered in first post of the Tfix thread. You can just copy everything from the /thief directory on both CDs to your computer, and then run Tfix after that. Check out the thread for details.

currently, TFix can't grab the files directly off the cd, but it should be pretty easy to install the game just by setting the setup to win9x compatibility. if that fails, the manual install should work as well, as mentioned (you WILL have to set your language manually if you want something else than english though).
