Yep! I spent all of today (and part of yesterday) working on a house mod for Bloodmoon. (Potential spoiler... but if it's a spoiler you obviously haven't read anything about Bloodmoon.)
'But you get to build a colony! Why would you want a house?' It's true that I haven't actually completed construction of the colony, but I doubt the colony will be able to give me all the storage I need, as well as space.
So I built this. The Citadel. It's a simple add-on to Fort Frostmoth, located on the east side. I've worked out pretty much all the bugs too (I hope.) It has inside: a library, a bedroom, a storage area and an area for NPC's. (NPC's aren't actually included... you can either add them in yourself through the console, editor or command humanoid, or just use it as more storage.)
Outside is a small balcony (heh... more like a walkway) and on top the basic turrets of castles everywhere and a flag. I didn't change the landscape at all except to move a few trees. There's no quest involved in gaining the house, it just appears. In case you were wondering.
Sorry about the long post, but the point is I'm looking for some testers. I'll have the final zip file ready soon (pre-testing is going on right now to iron out any obvious bugs.) If you're interested, just speak up.

It's up for download on my website (I'll submit it to Morrowind Summit after I get some feedback.)
The file is just short of a megabyte. Also, MAKE A BACK UP! Save your game before turning on my mod... It works fine on my computer and my brothers, but you never know.
And remember, I want some feedback, lol.

*coughs* Hm... maybe I should move the Citadel to the colony instead?
