NIFs go into Meshes and BMPs go into Textures, right? ...or vice versa? I just put all of the files into both directories and data files. Male only?

The "Fade Elf" race shows up in list, but selecting it results in an instant CTD. A sound was played to indicate an error, but the game stayed on top and the error couldn't be read before the entire process closed. Not that it's of much significance, but Watson didn't start. The art files look pretty good, but not much originality in terms of what the race is supposed to be suited for. Again, this is just telling from the art files and the readme, but it seems that while the race itself isn't practical, the art files are good.

Well while it is based on the dunmer parts.. It's supposed to be just another race.

I can't find anything wrong W/ the packing except that they won't find there way to the right folders. Have to learn that :)
Not sure you know this, but the meshes go in a special "b" folder in the meshes folder.
The textures you just drop in the textures folder.
What patches do you have? Althought a wrong one would send a message when loading. Maybe not when you start a new game? I have tribunal and the patch that came with it. 1.3 i think.
If you have other plugins installed you could uncheck them for now, maybe that'll help.
That's all I could think of. It might be a problem with the plugin itself to ofcourse. :)
But check those things first

Okay, I've tried the mod. Unfourtunately, 's not too good. If you can honestly say that you spent a reasonable amount of time on this, I would say that you're not suited to manipulating art files at all.
If anybody thinks that they could be a tad bit more encouraging, just post a reply with your e-mail and I'll send you the mod re-zipped with the directory structure fixed. The archive is 712k, compressed using WinRAR in ZIP (Best) mode.
