I still don't get it, but I wouldn't use namesake in that sense for this kind of name. If we were named after a person or another band or title, then I'd use namesake, but it's not named after (or for the sake of) any particular islanders, it's just called Islanders. In fact it's descriptive, we do come from an island. I think that's what threw me. But I still don't get why that means it's bad or needs work, although I'd value some more specific comments on those fronts.

It doesn't matter anyway since that's not going to be the name! And yeah, the plays are rolling in. No idea what's going on at your end, Tocky, do other bandcamp sites work for you?
