Wow. A tad too "bloomy" at times, but beautiful to say the least.

I feel stupid for asking, and I'll probably feel more stupid after knowing the answer, but what is the bloof effect? I have a pretty good idea, looking at Fable and this trailer, but you know how it goes.

game trailers should be renamed as logo trailers. you get a 2 minute trailer, the first minute is game makers and publishers and tech logos, 15 seconds of game, then 45 seconds of copyright infomation.

Dunno about that. Jade Empire is going to be a tough cookie to beat.

That's true. Thank you both for showing me the difference! I thought that was what it was, but it's better to ask than to be a fool. Jade Empire is pretty intensive with the blooming, from what I've seen. (My XBox has been broken for a while and I'm probably not going to replace it unless its sequel isn't backwards compatable.) But I think Fable used it nicely. It really created that 'Fairy Tale' feeling, which went along well with the architecture and character designs.

Anyone else think the plot sounded lame?
Also, combat looks stiff as ever. Would it be so bad to have realistically moving characters? That way you could incorporate nifty little combos that use body movement, weight and force. We have scary physics engines out there now boys and girls.
It is pretty though.
