If any of you guys have read Terry Brook's "The Heritage of Shannara" series you'll find that in book 3 he metions an island called "Morrowindl". Also the description of the island sounds silmilar to that of Morrowind. Since the book was first published in 1992, I could make the assumption that Bersthda maybe recivied some inspiration from his work prehaps.

Is Morrowindl ( in Brooks books) the island where the elves have hidden themselves under the magic force field?

Actually I have just finished the series and the first thing i thought about while reading was how the both were pretty similar. Its funny how things happen like that.
