I had that one too! Plus some of the older space stuff, inherited from elder siblings.
Looking back, it seems kind of fishy that the Space Police always arrested guys from the Blacktron community.

That's no reason to not build stuff with your LEGO.
LEGO is intended to be built and left on the floor, you then have to tiptoe through the room to get somewhere.
