Joerg Fischer's homepage has vanished, but I've found a copy of the editor. Not only that, I was able to locate some documentation from Joerg's homepage by entering the dead link into the Internet Wayback Machine (archive.org). I downloaded all files that were available and edited the hyperlinks so they can be viewed offline.
Edit: Files are now hosted on (
http://terranova.110mb.com/index.html) my Terra Nova editing site.

Yes, this is an unofficial editor. Hopefully it will result in some much needed attention to TN: SFC here on TTLG.
Look at (
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www-wjp.cs.uni-sb.de/~jofis/tn/tnwehp.html): His webpage wasn't updated between 1999 and 2001. Also, even though doc.html has links to six documents, I don't think he ever wrote the last four (the two first documents have partdone_sm.jpeg, the remaining four have empty_sm.jpeg in their links). This is probably all the documentation he made.
Gigaquad is actually
an amount of hard disk storage space on Star Trek. It sounds better when you don't know what it means...
