I have been told to get 2 strong souls for a Stronghold. My question is does it matter which souls and what kind of soul gem I use?
EG. If I use winged twilight and golden saint souls in grand soul gems will I get a better stronghold than 2 storm atronarch souls in a greater soul gem?

there are 2 strong souls in the open to borrow
1. Golbedier, Mages guild in balmora, winged twiglet on desk
2. sadrith mora, gate way inn, south wing, on table with npc pacin up and down actually pretty easy to get when ya have 100% chameleon spell and over 100% with clothes and rings( so I got at least 200%)
