Telvanni Magister - "foresworn?!"

I've gotten to the point where Master Aryon offers to make me Magister, but when I click on "Magister" he says that I have "foresworn the title of Magister". I've looked through the editor, and it seems that he was supposed to offer me a choice between becoming Master or Magister, but that choice was never offered. He just "advanced" me to Master. Is there anything I can do to become Magister now, or am I basically screwed.

Thanks... for once it wasn't just me screwing up.
I've already fixed it by using the console to advance my rank to magister (as well as add the journal entry and advance my reputation, as the "become magister" option should).
