Actually it would be nice to have a T3ed tips and tricks thread, with particular solutions, like: how to simulate an earthquake, make Garret flying, feel drugged or poisoned, etc.

One of the best episodes imo ... Have you seen the Orphanage yet? It uses that children's game to similar effect. Very creepy

Player start serves as a destination point. Volume is the teleport starter, with a proper script inside.

Ok, thanks I will give it a try.

You can do it anyhow you like: you can make it with volumes, using "frob" condition, etc. You aren't really restricted to how you want to cause the teleportation but I guess you have to use playerstart as a destination.

Ok I thought that the volume was teleporting the player so didn't understand why there was also a frob condition.
Thanks,

Does invisible teleporting work like in DromEd by the way...?
ShadowSneaker on 27/11/2008 at 18:24
I got it working. Thanks Judith. I'm thinking of making a sound that plays when you use the teleports, to enhance the effect. Will that work or could there be some sort of clipping caused by teleporting?
I've never used Dromed so I can't tell you, Beleg.
