Where can I get the Alminsil and Divine Intervention spell (not the scrolls)? I want to enchant my amulets with it. Also, where can I get a Mark and Recall spell that I hear so much about?

The easiest way to get the Alminsil and Divine Intervention spells is to take the scrolls to the spellmaker at your local mages guild and create them.
The Mark and Recall spells are hard to find at lower levels. Increasing your level increases your chance of finding them. Just make the circle through the mage guilds ocassionaly till you find one.
Sirilonwe at the Vivec, Mages guild has Mark and recall.
