Can anybody tell me where I'd be able to acquire the telekenisis spell? I'm a lvl 9 thief, and it would be of great help to me.

I bought one in Vivec today but I can't tell you where. I was going all over the place buying things and I lost track. :p
I can tell you it was the Foreign Quarter though.

Well I found it in Ald'Rhun. Now I just have to figure out how it works, exactly. I remember seing somewhere that it was confusing... but I'll figure it out... hopefully.
