Ok, I'm on a quest to rescue a kidnapped girl, I'm at Tel Fyr, but I can't get into the tower. I have levitation, I've flown around the wizards stupid tower, but I can't find the way in. A woman in the hall below said you NEED to fly. While, I fly around and find no door. Am I BLIND??
That wizard is as good as dead when I get up their.

Go to the big boat (not the tiny rowboat) nearby, and jump onto the bit of land closest to its land-pointing end. Turn right and walk a short distance, keeping your eyes to the left for the entrance.
Btw, don't kill anything (and I do mean anything) in there; you'll screw up the main quest. Instead, hang a right to Divath Fyr's quarters, and when you're done talking w/ him, go back to the entrance and hang a left where you went right before. She's behind a locked "golden" door.
Edit: Clarified the directions a trifle.

Ok, I noticed you said 'WALK'. I've now switched my hatred to the bag that told me to fly. Dead she is. Ha.

Bye the way.. Is this guy holding some good treasure??? That lady said he was......... but, now I really don't trust her.... I could use a better long sword.

Lemme put it this way... he's got the only known complete set of Daedric armor (minus the helm). He's also the only one who can cure you of corprus, which you will catch if you follow the main plotline. Piss him off, and you die a slow, painful death.
Of course, once he does fulfill that purpose, he's "expendable" ;)

There is a way to get the armor from him, without killing him. Check out the thread about "Full set of Daedric?". There a bunch of other great stuff strewn about that tower too. Curiass of the Saviours Hide, and an amulate that takes you to the Deadric Crescent, just to name a couple. Just make sure you don't kill ANYTHING in there. Even if it attacks you first.

Ha, well he's spared for now.... I doubt I could kill him anyways... those hardcore wizards kill me quick. But, that lady... she is dead. I'll teach her to lie to me...

True, but I think you're nuts, Nothing ;) It takes so bloody long to do that trick against a Daedric cuirass' 2400 "health" points :p (though the "Curiass of the Saviours Hide" is a good point; I'd forgotten about that)

Ok, I'm in.. but I've noticed some treasure chests are lock skill 100. I picked up 3 or 4 scrolls that could open them, but.... am I going to be able to get more? I've noticed quite a few more 100 Lock doors and chests... and I take it that this "Cuirass of the Saviours Hide" is in a 100 lock? Y'all talk about it in such revere.

Those 100 pt scrolls can't be bought, so they're rare, but as you get up in levels you can make your own 100 pt enchanted item, so they're not a life-or-death kind of item.
As to the cuirass, it's in a closet on the same level as Divayth Fyr (nearer to Alfe Fyr, though). Same protection as a Daedric cuirass but it's "light" armor, and it also has a Resist Magicka 60%. Not bad, eh? ;)
