See, I downloaded Arena and it works perfectly on my XP (with DOSBox of course) but now I have the Daggerfall demo, and it won't even let me install it. I click on the install.exe and the black DOS box comes up and vanishes in a second. What's going on? Is it possible to play on XP? Also, if I can't play it on Windows, does anyone know if XP has an optional DOS mode? Thanks for any help!

Try installing it through DosBox.

How? All I know is how to play it through DOSBox, but not install it...

Well, start up DosBox and enter into the prompt (press enter at the end of each line):
cd\dfinstall\ (Replace DFInstall with the directory containing the Demo install. For example, if it's in Temp->DFDemo, enter cd\temp\dfdemo\)
install
Follow the instructions.
