TDM: sticky creep (?)

This is probably just as much of a question for D3 as it is for TDM. Is there a way to make the 'creep' effect of The DarkMod stay on whenever I pick the creep key? Similar to how the player stays crouched, when choosing the crouch key?

In TDS, I think there is, but in TDM there might be....
