What is the best way to get the bounty on someone (kill them) if guards are near. I dont want to be reported (or do I) or is that just part of the game sometimes (a small price to pay). And what can I do to taunt them into fighting with me first????

well i prefer never to get reported..
i got too much stolen stuff that i may have to give back...
the best way is to taunt them into takin the first swipe...
although i find this a pain in the rear end... i may have to train up my speechcraft
some more to make this more effective... it's takin me up to like 7-8 mins to taunt some ppl into fighting me...
if you do assassination quests for the morag tong they give u writs..
which are documents allowing you to assassinate that particular person...

Swallow a bottle of bug musk first and then your taunting will be more effective!

Just a hint, if you're of the spellcasting variety instead of speechcraft you can make a 100 pt Frenzy Humanoid for 2 seconds (I think 1 sec ought to work though). They attack you, and noone gets involved.

Heh, I would have never thought of that bug musk thing. Kind of a funny consept if you think about it, like "You smell so good that I must KILL you! Arrg" heh heh heh
