I am doing some research on task organisation and was wondering how people keep track of all the things like applications, files, web sites, etc, they are using when working on a task. Do you use a third party program? or do you just used the task bar in windows? which is what i use and it gets crowded... :(
What features would you ideally like to see in a task organiser? and what current features would you like to see improved?
What are the problems but also the good features you have seem in task organisers?

I keep TTLG, Google and my UW site handy, in that order, and the rest don't matter.
