How about updating the original post to include the Southquarter mirror link? I think I would have had a better transfer speed there, but didn't notice it until afterwards.
 Updated.

I have a couple of questions. I haven't read the whole thread, so i'm sorry if they have been discussed before.
1. Granted, the Mastertronic Thief Collection DVD installer works fine, but still, are there plans to support this new release too with the installer component of Tafferpatcher?
2. What about the LG.INI memory allocation trick mentioned in these threads:

Is it included already? Some people claim, that it's quite useful with more resource hungry FM-s. Or is it outdated by an included fix?
3. What about the sound enhancement pack mod by Child Of Karras? Would it be a worthy candidate for inclusion in Tafferpatcher?

No. In no way I will hack into their encrypted archives and extract files from them. You still can use an installed copy as a source to create multiple installations.
I tried them in various fan-missions where I experienced major slowdowns and it doesn't make any difference. Moreover, it's a PITA to taff about files in Windows folder via Patcher in Win7 or Vista. Usually, all changes get back when the computer is restarted. Seems like Windows has more trust in its own Notepad than in a third-party application.

It's so simple to install and does not depend on anything that is installed via TP, it can be installed separately at any time. You can still use TP's darkinst.cfg editor to specify the path to it if you prefer to install the sound update into a separate folder. I don't see a reason to increase download and loading time in twice for it.

Hi DJ Riff,
Thanks for making this brilliant utility. Thief 2 works great on my new computer. Much appreciated.

http://img202.imageshack.us/img202/6100/wutzh.jpgany idea what could be wrong? this is a fresh, clean install of t2 anthlogy edition. I believe the previous version(s) of tafferpatcher worked fine (I do not remember any issues last time I used it).
edit: nevermind, reinstalled one more time, and this time, everything went fine.just some random weirdness I guess..

Can anyone confirm if both southquarter and ftp links for tafferpatch are down?
If yes, any links for filehosts?
The Watcher on 4/12/2011 at 16:16
The ftp link seems to not be responding, but the southquarter mirror worked fine for me.

Thanks. For some crazy reason I cannot open southquarter!!! It pings alright but no explorer opens the web page! Has anyone uploaded TafferPatcher on a file host like RS or HF or FileSonic or anything?
